I caught a flat in the dark early morning hours. That's when I realized I forgot my cell phone. I had to walk abt a qtr mile to a safe place to call for help. I called JRs Towing. The dispatcher was a calm and nice young lady that was very good with getting the details right. She was very patient.
Marcus, the tow truck driver showed up in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy to see him! He made me very comfortable and was very patient and friendly as well.
I will definitely be contacting them again. I'm putting them on speed dial!
